This 5 day (40 km) self-guided walking/hiking holiday is an opportunity to discover the most popular tourist destination in South Africa and Africa as a whole. Starting in Somerset West, the walk offers an opportunity to experience the splendour of distinctive and spectacular countryside between Somerset West and Stellenbosch first-hand, and in depth - covering a distance of some 100 km over 7 days (6 nights) or 45 km over 4 days (3 nights). You will walk along private and secure footpaths that find their way through some of South Africa’s most esteemed wine estates - through a spectacularly varied countryside that will reveal breathtaking scenery and a rich array of flora and fauna.
